Coming from 1C/BAS¶

Document, catalog and report names in Flexbooks are familiar to users of BAS Бухгалтерія (for example, Sales of goods and services (Реалізація товарів і послуг), Receipt of goods and services (Надходження товарів і послуг), Payment order (Платіжне доручення), Trial balance (Оборотно-сальдова відомість)).
What works differently¶
- Web interface. Flexbooks runs in a browser; every window has a permanent link and opens in a new tab (Open in a new window).
- A posted document is not changed in place: first press Unpost.
- Signing and submitting reports happens in the reporting system (M.E.Doc, SOTA, Vchasno, the Electronic Cabinet): Flexbooks prepares the file and reads the receipt, but does not sign or send it.
- Restricting a user's access by organization within one database.
- AI assistant (
